Dr. Mohamed Abdalla Almur

Dr. Mohamed Abdalla Almur is former Director General of Human Rights of the Dubai Police Department. He was an Assistant Professor of Criminal law at the Dubai Police Academy and holds a PhD in Pe-Trial Detention under the Law of the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Almur has made significant contributions to legal education, specializing in areas such as criminal justice, human rights and combatting human trafficking.

Dr. Almur has played a central role in shaping legal frameworks and policies in the UAE, serving on high-level committees such as the National Committee to Combat Human Trafficking, the Judicial Committee for Preventing Deportation and Travel, and the Dubai Police Law Preparation Committee. His leadership extends to international forums, where he has represented the UAE in conferences and workshops addressing human rights, criminal investigations, and the fight against statelessness and trafficking. These roles highlight his dedication to advancing legal protections and aligning UAE practices with global standards.

His academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Criminal Law and a Master’s in Public Law from Alexandria University, along with a Bachelor of Law from the Dubai Police Academy. Dr. Almur’s career is distinguished by numerous honors, including the Loyal Service Medal and Distinguished Government Performance awards, reflecting his unwavering commitment to justice, legal excellence, and the safeguarding of human rights.

Mohsen Zin Eldin

With over three decades of experience across Egypt, Kuwait, and the UAE, Mr. Mohsen is a highly accomplished legal professional and advocate. As a seasoned senior legal advisor and advocate before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Supreme Constitutional Court in Egypt, he has successfully handled cases spanning various legal disciplines and jurisdictions. His certification as an arbitrator further enhances his ability to navigate complex legal challenges, providing clients with strategic solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Christopher N. Camponovo

Mr. Camponovo is a public international lawyer with almost three decades of experience in the private sector, government and civil society. He has held senior positions at the White House and U.S. State Department, where he led bilateral negotiations throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America as well as multilateral negotiations in a variety of international fora, including the U.N. and its associated functional and regional organizations. Over the years, he has advised the both the U.S. government and foreign governments on a range of public international and private commercial issues, including regarding procurement, compliance and asset recovery.

Mr. Camponovo has advised clients on transactions and disputes across a wide range of sectors, including in technology, infrastructure, energy, real estate, banking and finance, and private equity. His expertise includes managing high-value, multi-jurisdictional judgment enforcement and asset recovery claims. Mr. Camponovo has worked on both sides of the lawyer-client relationship, in particular supporting start-up businesses in the U.S. and across Africa and Latin America.

Mr. Camponovo has spoken, written and published articles on a diverse range of topics, including U.S. foreign investment treaties, corporate social responsibility, and international human rights practice. He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles Law School and a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.

Former judge of the primary courts of Egypt, Mr. Hamed is a distinguished legal professional with an extensive career spanning over four decades in Egypt, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. Divyam Agarwal

Mr. Agarwal is a dual-qualified Indian Advocate and English Solicitor and is a specialist in international commercial arbitration. He has a broad practice advising and representing corporates and financial institutions in disputes under commercial contracts has significant experience with complex, large-scale contentious mandates. Mr. Agarwal has a wide-ranging practice based on managing both arbitration and commercial litigation, with extensive experience in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations. He represents clients on matters related to construction & engineering, energy, real estate and infrastructure, financial services, securities, retail & services, media & telecommunication, and knowledge-based industries.

Mr. Agarwal is a qualified Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India. He regularly represents clients in high profile litigations and cases involving important questions of law before Supreme Court. Many of these cases have culminated in reported cases and landmark judgments. He regularly represents clients before High Courts of various States, National Company Law Tribunals, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions. He has extensive experience in representing and advising clients with respect to shareholders and joint venture disputes, creditors disputes, insolvency & bankruptcy issues, contractual breaches, government policy challenges, mergers & acquisitions, bid and tender challenges, and employee disputes.

Mr. Agarwal received an LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an LLB (Hons) from Amity Law School, Delhi. He speaks English and Hindi.

Awad Hassan Al-Awadhi

Awad Hassan Al-Awadhi is a seasoned legal professional with nearly 40 years of experience, beginning his career as a Reserve Officer after earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Law in 1985. Following three years of service, he joined the Egyptian Bar Association in 1986, practicing law in Egypt and advancing to the level of a lawyer before the Court of Cassation. In 1998, he transitioned to Kuwait, taking on the role of Legal Advisor at the office of Ms. Zikra Ayed Al-Rasheedi, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, where he served full-time until 2005 and part-time until 2019. His career at the Amiri Diwan of Kuwait, from 2005 to 2024 as Senior Legal Specialist, further cemented his reputation for excellence in legal research, drafting official correspondence, and media communications.

In addition to his public sector roles, Awad has had a successful private practice as a trusted advisor to prominent business leaders in the Gulf, providing strategic guidance on complex legal and business matters. His expertise includes corporate governance, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.

Magdy Mohamed Mansour

Dr. Magdy Mohamed Mansour is a seasoned legal professional with over 30 years of expertise in litigation management and procedural operations. As the General Manager of Litigation and Procedural Operations at a major Egyptian bank, he was responsible for all legal matters, including drafting contracts, preparing defense memoranda, and representing the bank before appellate and cassation courts. His extensive experience also includes managing execution procedures and serving as a legal consultant for a number of major corporations.

In addition to his practical legal expertise, Dr. Mansour is a dedicated educator and legal trainer. He has been a Lecturer in Administrative Law at Helwan University since 1995. As an accredited arbitrator with the Stock Exchange Arbitration Center, he has resolved numerous contractual disputes, in particular relating to commercial and banking matters.

Dr. Mansour holds a Ph.D. in Commercial Law, awarded with distinction, and a Master’s in Commercial Law, alongside postgraduate diplomas in law. He also writes regularly on topics related to his legal practice.

Maritime Adviser

Mohammad Soubhi Intabli

Dr. Mohammad Soubhi Intabli is an accomplished marine navigation expert and senior marine pilot with over three decades of experience managing and piloting commercial vessels. He holds a PhD in Navigation from the Supreme Certifying Committee of the Russian Federation and has extensive training in marine safety, ship handling, and risk assessment. Dr. Intabli began his career as a Marine Pilot in Syria’s Lattakia Port and later served in leadership roles across key maritime hubs, including Port Zayed in Abu Dhabi and DP World in Dubai. Notably, he has been recognized for his expertise as a Senior Marine Expert by the Ministry of Justice in Abu Dhabi and other Emirates since 2006.

In addition to his operational roles, Dr. Intabli has contributed to maritime education as an instructor at the Jebel Ali Ship Handling Simulator. A member of the Nautical Institute in London since 1996, he combines his technical proficiency with academic rigor to ensure the highest standards of marine safety. His exemplary career includes a spotless record of zero accidents, incidents, or near misses over 29 years, highlighting his commitment to excellence in maritime navigation and operations.
